Yoga for Beginners: A 6-Class Series

Mondays:   April 29 - June 3    5:15-6:15pm

 Beginners Yoga Basics Elmira Whether you are new to Yoga or you would like to keep building upon what you learned in the recent Yoga Basic's class, please join us for this Beginner's series!

Discover how else Yoga can be of benefit to you while you gently strengthen your muscles, retain flexibility in your spine, loosen stiff or achy joints, calm your mind, build your energy level and bring balance and harmony to the whole YOU.

In this series, the fundamentals of breath, posture safety, and modifications will continue to be learned - allowing you the space to become aware of your body and the effects of each posture.

Our space is open and light-hearted. You are welcome to have FUN and ask lots of questions as they come up.

The dates of the classes are as follows:
April 29 with Melanie
May 6 with Melanie
May 13 with Melanie
May 20 with Bonnie
May 27 with Bonnie
June 3 with Melanie

Class will begin at 5:30pm, but please arrive a few minutes early to set up your mat space. End time is 6:30pm.

Class size is limited. Pre-registration with payment to hold your spot is required.

Price: $60. Please make checks payable to “Live Well Upstate.”
