Is one of your New Years Resolutions to do something for a better body and to stress-less?
Do you enjoy Yoga, but have a hard time fitting it in after work or in the morning?
Are you looking to stay motivated in your Yoga practice by squeezing in an extra class per week?
INTRODUCING: Yoga for Afternoon Energy and Focus!
This 45 minute class concentrates on stretching, strength, balance and relaxation – with the intention to re-energize and re-focus you for the rest of the workday!
The class is on Wednesday’s from 12:10 until 12:55. Class fee $10, or save money by purchasing the 6 class series as a package for only $36! (Missed classes do not transfer to future series)
This 6 class series will begin on January 9th and will continue through February 20th. (No class on January 30th)
NO PRIOR YOGA EXPERIENCE NEEDED.
