Yoga Building Blocks: A 6-Class Intermediate Series
Wednesdays: May 1 - June 5, 5:15 - 6:15 pm

Mindfully grow strength and stamina in your Yoga practice - body and beyond!
Take the skills you have learned from your current Yoga Practice and continue to develop conscious witnessing of your body and thoughts as you flow through posture sequence, breathing techniques.
Give yourself experiential space to build flexibility and strength - in body and mind. The class will end with a relaxation meditation to inspire mental relaxation and personal growth.

May 8 with Melanie
May 15 with Marie
May 22 with Marie
May 29 with Melanie
June 5 with Melanie
Class will begin at 5:15pm, but please arrive a few minutes early to set up your mat space. End time is 6:15pm.
Class size is limited. Pre-registration with payment to hold your spot is required.
Price: $60. Please make checks payable to “Live Well Upstate.”
