Never practiced yoga before? This 6 class workshop series is designed specifically for the absolute beginner or anyone wanting a step-by-step review of the basics!
In just 6 classes, you will walk away with a strong foundation in the fundamentals of a variety of beginner level yoga poses, breathing techniques, the use of props and how to stay safe though alignment basics.
Upon completion you will have enough knowledge to be comfortable walking into drop-in basic or open level yoga classes.
The dates of the classes are as follows:
(NO CLASS APRIL 1st - Happy Spring Break!)
Class will begin at 5:30pm, but please arrive a few minutes early to set up your mat space. End time is 6:30pm.
Class size is limited. Pre-registration with payment to hold your spot is required.
Price: $60. Please make checks payable to “Live Well Upstate.”
