Grow Your Yoga: A Six-class Intermediate Series
Wednesdays: March 6 - April 17 5:15-6:15 pm
(No class April 3. Happy Spring Break!)
This class is intended to take the foundations learned in the Yoga Basics class to a deeper level. If you have been in the Yoga Basics class, or practicing on your own and are looking for a safe way to explore a more vigorous Yoga journey - this class is for you!
Each of the six classes will begin with an introduction to a Yogic concept, and will follow with a posture sequence that gives experiential space to build flexibility and strength - in body and mind. The class will end with a short meditation to inspire mental relaxation and personal growth.
Do the posture. Experience the posture. Become the posture.
The dates of the classes are as follows:

Class will begin at 5:15pm, but please arrive a few minutes early to set up your mat space. End time is 6:15pm.
Class size is limited. Pre-registration with payment to hold your spot is required.
Price: $60. Please make checks payable to “Live Well Upstate.”
