WHAT IS QIGONG ["chee gung"]？
Join Dr. Joanne Wu for a nourishing practice you can take with you into the dark months of winter. This particular Qigong form is gentle, meditative and vast. It is very easy to learn, and you will be able to practice on your own or with others after even one session with Dr. Wu.
Seamus Kennedy will be assisting in every class.
